Create an Account and Connect with Your Account Manager
Input your booking details and needs and submit your request. Invite your preferred suppliers to submit a personalized quote.
Submit a Request for Proposal
Your supplier will get an email invite. Once they accept it, they can set up a CORAL Partner account and start chatting, coordinating, and billing all in one spot.
Invite Your Preferred Suppliers
You’ll be notified to review the properties and quotes submitted by your selected providers for your request. Easily compare the pricing and specifications or take a closer look.
Review Personalized Options
Send a nonbinding request to your supplier, and get a response within 48 hours. You’ll be notified once your request is approved or declined.
Request to Book the Selected Option
Upon approval, you’ll be notified with a link to complete payment and confirm your reservation. Once approved, you’ll have 24 hours to complete payment, or your booking offer will expire.
